Delivery Companies
We dispatch all our items using Royal Mail (1st Class, 2nd Class or Tracked 48 within the UK and International Standard or International Tracked and Signed out-with the UK) or via Evri – this is depending on customer purchase at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. The only exceptions to this are as follows:
- during the first 2 weeks in July
- between 24th December and 5th January each year.
These dates are when our office is closed to allow for staff holidays.

*These estimates are providing there are no delays by the carrier within the destination country.
Tracked Services
Only the following services come with a tracking number:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Letters, Large Letters and Small Parcels)
- Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (letters, Large Letters and Small Parcels)
- Evri (Postable Parcel and Parcel)
Upgrading to a Tracked Service
If you have not purchased a tracked service and your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request an upgrade to a tracked service. You will be required to pay the difference in postage – this will be sent via invoice. No orders will be dispatched via a tracked service until cleared payment has been received. If invoice for upgrades are not paid for within 3 days, your order will be dispatched via a non-tracked service.
