Delivery Services & Dispatch
At The Craft Box we dispatch all our orders using Royal Mail. You can choose from the following shipping options at checkout:
Royal Mail 1st Class (Letters, Large Letters, and Small Parcels)
Royal Mail 2nd Class (Letters, Large Letters, and Small Parcels)
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Letters, Large Letters, and Small Parcels)
We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. The only exceptions to our standard dispatch times are when we have reduced staffing:
During the first 2 weeks in July
Between 24th December and 5th January each year
UK Delivery Options & Standard Services
Royal Mail 1st Class: Delivery aim of 1 working day.
Royal Mail 2nd Class: Delivery aim of 3 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 48: Delivery aim of 2–3 working days (includes full end-to-end tracking).
Free UK Shipping Offer
We offer Free Royal Mail 2nd Class Shipping on all orders over £30.
If your basket total qualifies for free shipping, this default option will automatically be applied at checkout. However, if you prefer a faster or fully tracked service, you can choose to upgrade your shipping method at checkout (such as Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Tracked 48) by selecting the option and paying the displayed postage rate.
Tracked Services
Only orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 include a tracking number. Standard 1st and 2nd Class services do not include end-to-end tracking.
Upgrading to a Tracked Service
If you did not select a tracked service at checkout and your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request an upgrade to a tracked service by contacting us. You will be sent an invoice for the difference in postage costs. No upgraded orders will be dispatched until payment has cleared. If upgrade invoices are not paid within 3 days, your order will be dispatched via the original non-tracked service selected.
